TAMSIN GRANT copywriter

Profile
As an experienced freelance writer, I produce copy for a wide range of marketing literature including direct mail, corporate presenters, product catalogues, websites, newsletters, trade press advertising, articles, packaging and point of sale materials.

Experience
I write for all kinds of organisations - from small local businesses to blue chip multi-nationals - and supply freelance copy services to several design, marketing and internet agencies.
Past and present clients include: the travel and leisure industry (Novotel, Accor Hotels, Four Pillars Hotels, BAA); manufacturing and distribution (British Gas Business, 3M, Toshiba, Kärcher, Lex Vehicle Leasing); IT and telecoms (Lombard Technology Services, Carphone Warehouse, United Telecom); health and beauty (Raccoon hair extensions, Town House Beauty Sanctuary). I've also written marketing literature for the BBC and retail operations such as House of Fraser and Kall Kwik.

Having spent the earlier part of my career as a senior account handler in London-based advertising agencies I have a strong strategic marketing background. This enables me to understand a client's business quickly, recognise their marketing objectives and address them effectively within the copy. I am happy to contribute at any or all stages of the communication process, from early concept development through to final copy.
